Vehicles are major investments and I always worry when they need repair or service if it is being done correctly, or if the service department is treating my investment as well as they would treat their own. I now worry ZERO about service at Jim Golden. I know anything wrong with my vehicle will be repaired appropriately and the customer service is second to none. We will always buy our vehicles from this dealership.
My truck had recalls that I had repaired. Our experience was great in at 9am and out by 12pm including an oil change. Excellent service as always and we have been faithful customers for 10 years now. Thanks so much Jum Golden and associates.

Excellent customer service. Everyone was very polite and professional. Service time was great and explanation of everything that was serviced on my vehicle was explained to me as well as my bill.
