First thing I want to mention is that I don’t own a Ford. I have a Nissian Maxima and a GMC. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership but I have found that you can trust their service department for your oil changes and repairs. I have always had a great experience with the service team and I feel their prices are reasonable and fair.

I purchased my 2015 Explorer at Jim Golden. I took my Expedition there for maintenance as it was the closest dealership for me. They always provide excellent service and are customer centric. There is no pressure related to auto purchasing, they let you take your time and decide and don't call and harass you for a decision.

My 2022 Ford F 150 with 24,000 miles caught fire on the way back to work from the bank. Took it to Jim Golden against my better judgement after the 2 hour oil change last time. They looked it over and said we don’t know why it caught fire, we are not going to help you. REALLY! I’ve heard good things about this place from friends and family but Joyce in service is horrible. Still under warranty, still like brand new and nothing. This place is awful. They don’t take care of their customers. Got a call into Ford to report this place
