The workers here are very rude and dishonest. Mainly the managers and a few of the people that work upfront.

Messed my order up and when I called back said they couldn’t help me

About a month ago I called & ordered Lasagna from Mazzio's. When I got home & discovered I'd been given spaghetti I was not pleased & called Mazzio's . A young blond haired girl refused to give me Lasagna or a refund. She was the same waitress who'd handed the spaghetti to me. Her response was that since my order had been entered as spaghetti then she couldn't give me a refund. The waitress is always in a bad mood. You'll never see her crack a smile.

The food is always good and fresh when I go.

If you want to pay almost 60 bucks for two pizzas and a salad and then have to wait almost 2 hours to get said pizza after ordering in advance then this is the place for you! They might even throw in a freebie (try to give you someone else's order instead). Don't eat here.

This was the worst food I ever had.
The spaghetti looked like it came out of a TV dinner. The meat balls were cold. No flavor n was poor service

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for a large pizza and a large cheesesticks. Really awful pizza. Flat, greasy pizza. Can tell by the taste and the amount of oil that pools everywhere that they’re using the cheapest ingredients.

But the worst part was my cheesesticks were made on a cinnamon dessert base. Disgusting. I called to complain about their mistake. The lady offered to make me a new cheesesticks, but I’m already 30 min away. I’m not wasting another hour+ of my time. I asked for a refund for the cheesesticks and was told no. Pretty horrible customer service, but considering the poor quality of the food I’m not surprised.

Save yourself money and cook a frozen pizza at home. It will be infinitely better.

Called in order 2.5 hours in advance since I live 30 minutes away. When got there to get order which was told order would take an hour to make the worker came put of the restroom and had not washed her hands. She was then very rude. Got my order and got home just to find out my order was completely wrong. When tried to call no one answered the phone. Then continued to call the next morning only to deal with another rude customer and get told they wont do nothing about my order I had even paid for extra toppings and didn't get them. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will be trying to contact corporate to get something done about my order and the awful customer service.
