First McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to that didn’t have burgers for sale. When I tried to order a Big Mac combo, I was told fried items weren’t available. I asked what that meant and the lady told me only deep fried items were available because some of the employees quit mid-shift. Didn’t quite understand the logic, but who am I to go to a burger joint that’s famous for having sold billions and billions of burgers expecting to buy a…BURGER.
On top of that, the customer service point of contact listed on the drive-thru window never returned my call.
You never really know what you’re gonna get when you visit a fast food establishment in Camden. A few things are for sure, you won’t get a welcome with a smile, you won’t get a thank you and come again, and now…I guess you won’t even get a burger at a burger joint.
Disappointed and will not return. :(

Camden Ar McDonald’s is a JOKE! 10 minutes waiting on a drink?? A DRINK!! They’d make the drink and just walk off!? Then got the manger telling them “don’t make anymore soda sales” this McDonald’s needs to get with the program! It needs to go stright in the toilet! Hire people that actually KNOW how to do the job!

picked up my order, got all the way home ~24mins and part of my order was missing. I can't drive back to get it today another 50 mins round trip for their screw up. I even asked if that was everything 🤬

I normally don't go to restaurants before closing but tonight was the night. I put in my mobile order and it was around 15 minutes before closing. The people in line ahead of us went to the next window we sat there for around 5 minutes without an answer getting ignored. So we pull around to the next window and I see the person ahead of us getting handed their food and they drive away. Next workers inside are walking by the window knowing we are there acting like they cant see us. Finally someone comes to the window and says sorry we are closed. And I say well we put in our order well before your stated closing time and she said oh we close at 11:40. BS lied right to my face after I saw ther person right in front of me getting their order and then saying our computers are shut off. Just a lie, thanks for nothing.

Food was bland. They brought our food, no napkins, ketchup or straws or drinks.Asked girl for those things, she brought our 3 drinks out in her hands with 2 of them up against her shirt. No tray. Then asked for ketchup,straws and napkins. She must have forgotten because she got broom and started sweeping and gripping with the lady on break about having to work. Horrible place.

I will not be returning to this location Period!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered from the app at 4:11 pm 8/1/25 and didn't get my order until 4:53 pm. I tried to go in and ask about it but no one would even come to the counter. I would give this location 0 stars if it were possible. Stay far away from this location.

The workers at this establishment would rather gossip about their customers in front of other customers than actually serve the food, telling everyone to pull forward and continuing to talk and joke around than serve in a timely manner, food was cold after the wait. Very disappointed and will not return to this location

There was brown gooey stuff all over my hamburger and I felt like I was going to vomit. Then I seen some of the workers twerking singing drop it like it’s hot and who let the dogs out.
worse place in Camden to eat. It took 33 minutes to get a cold cheese burger and a cold overcooked chicken sandwich. Their was human feces all over the bathroom!!! will never be back

Burger was cooked to Long, dried out .... I asked for a fruit punch,they gave me a orange Fanta, then when I say something, she say well the ticket says orange.. I'm like I'm telling you the mistake. Then I WY she grabs it... I'm like don't worry about it .. I'll take it .. ion need them spitting in my drink

This is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to in my life. I ordered nuggets fries and a burger and they were all horrible.The service is terrible and it took 15 minutes for me to get sweet and sour sauce after asking 2-3 times.The only good thing i can say is the AC felt good.
