Went on my 30 min lunch . I am a very friendly bubbly person . I was polite but it seems the workers may not be the same way. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large coke . I was given a burnt piece of chicken and a small coke . I said thank you and all, the lady at the window couldn’t be bothered to even say thanks for visiting she just shut the window on me .
For some odd reason Popeyes always has trouble screwing things up. Either they are always out of something, it takes too long, or they get your order wrong. The location on hwy 33 seems to be the worst offender. The location on California seems to do a better job. I don't know if it's something corporate is doing wrong by not training their management correctly or some other reason. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the food is their saving grace. You can often smell the dumpsters while ordering your food. It's really nasty. It is sometimes really dark in the parking lot. Some of the workers are very rude. Last night we had a really friendly lady tho for the first time in forever.
