I ordered a Number 1 combo with tots and a Coke, which is supposed to come with a cheeseburger. Instead, I was given a messy burger in a box that wasn’t what I ordered at all. That’s not what a Number 1 is, and it was obvious as soon as I opened it.
The tots and drink were correct, but the main item being wrong defeats the purpose of ordering a combo in the first place. If I wanted a different burger, I would’ve ordered that. Order accuracy really matters, especially...read full review
