Ordered 12 Cinnabon Delights and didn’t receive them. Very unhappy. Have had issues multiple times. I do not recommend this Taco Bell location.

We came to get the breakfast crunch wrap boxes at 9am today and the girl who took out kept saying they didn't have crunchwrap boxes deals. We asked about the one on their pictures and then she said oh yeah we have breakfast ones. Then she struggled with the fact that we wanted two orders of the crunch wrap, not two separate orders. On the picture, it showed the sausage crunch wrap, and we didn't get asked a meat type so we figured it would be sausage which we wanted. We got our food, and we checked the inside and we noticed that the cinnamon delights were missing one. Then we noticed they were bacon crunch wrap instead of sausage. We pulled around because one they forgot to put our cinnamon delights and two we didn't want bacon which we were never given an option. We gave the bag back to the girl who took our order and she gave it back to us. Shortly after the manager opened the window and accused us of ordering bacon and she didn't even give us a chance to respond and she slammed the window on us. Shortly after she opened the window again and gave us one bag and said "we clearly heard you say bacon". Again she slammed the window on us and she looked pissed off. We said we wanted both to be sausage not just one. And she just slammed the window again on us. Finally we got our food but there was no apology. Even though our order was incomplete to begin with aside from being wrong. Her lack of customer service and incredibly rude to us. Not even giving us a chance to respond to her. She should not be teaching her subordinates to act or be this way to their customers. Please correct your rude behavior.

Apparently the night crew can't even get orders correct, even though the order tag clearly said NO CHEESE. I can't eat cheese, and these idiots can't even get the order correct for chicken soft tacos. How hard is it to just put chicken and lettuce in a tortilla WITH NO CHEESE.Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat cheese, don't order from here. They'll screw up the order.

Food quality is to be expected for fast food. We typically rate base on cleanliness of food prep, customer service, and how well the order was fulfilled.This place gets a 3/5 because we placed a mobile order to be delivered. They prepared one of our customized meal incorrectly, and they forgot all of the sauces we requested. I had to drive back out myself to get the sauce because that’s what we were craving.So we lost the free delivery coupon since I ended up going out myself anyways, I wasted any delivery cost since I went out myself.
