Food quality is to be expected for fast food. We typically rate base on cleanliness of food prep, customer service, and how well the order was fulfilled.This place gets a 3/5 because we placed a mobile order to be delivered. They prepared one of our customized meal incorrectly, and they forgot all of the sauces we requested. I had to drive back out myself to get the sauce because that’s what we were craving.So we lost the free delivery coupon since I ended up going out myself...read full review

Literally sent me one Cinnabon when I paid for two and then instead of doing a Doritos taco did a regular plain taco. Was super cold. Are you guys like dumb or something? Fr. Do your job. Got a bunch of incompetent ppl working there ig. How hard can it be to get an order right at 2 am with no customers. Ridiculous fr. U guys rlly rlly suck. I’m hope u all live miserable lives.

Waited in line at drive up menu board ,behind a van that had been waiting at least 20 minutes. It’s 1:20pm in the afternoon. No one was waiting at drive up window.We would have left but we’re unable to maneuver out.Finally they ordered , our turn came. Had us wait to take our order another 15 minutes .We left , when he said. “ Sorry about the long wait”.This has happened before where they take over 30 minutes to get food to us.Not going there again.Do not go here.
