Memorial Day 2023, afternoon staff was about as friendly as a 2x4. Walked in to purchase a coffee mug and not one single staff member said hello or greeted/acknowledged us.
We got our cup and went to check out, the girl finally walked up to the counter and slid the cup back to my wife and said “you’ll have to scan that” guess we didn’t realize it was 75% self checkout… so she made my wife scan the cup and didn’t so much as lift a finger to help, say goodbye...read full review
You might find a fly in your drink and they only fill your cup half full

Starbucks Coffee Company is a place where customers can have different experiences. Sometimes, the baristas are very friendly and nice, but other times they can be unfriendly. The restaurant had a mistake with an order, not once but twice, which made the customer think it was done on purpose. However, the manager was kind and explained that there was a miscommunication. The customer usually has a good experience at this Starbucks, but this time it seemed like there were multiple points of failure in customer experience.
On the other hand, the restaurant did a fantastic job with a catering order for a school, and the manager was super helpful. Most of the staff is very friendly, and the drinks are made the way customers order them. The food items are yummy, and the atmosphere inside is very welcoming. The patio and interior have comfortable seating areas, including a long table with accessible plugs for laptops. The bathroom is always clean. The restaurant has vegetarian options, including drinks and baked goods, and customers can customize their orders with various milk options. Parking can be difficult due to shared parking with other businesses. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a great place with great baristas, but it seems like they had a one-off bad experience with customer service.
