Exceptional in every way. Sit back, relax and enjoy the farm to table magnificence. Our party tried the beers, truffle fries, cheese board, cheese steaks and emu burgers. The emu burger was tender, smoky and delicious. Very similar to a high quality ground beef. The peach butter waffle was incredible. Worth every penny.

Farm to table. Simply great food and the craft sodas were amazing. The side salad was the best I’ve had too all fresh and local raised ingredients.

This place was such a surprise and delight for a town the size of Clarksville. The interior design is above average, the menu is creative and inspired, the food is delightful and the customer service is incomparable. The proprietor took great pains to delight us. Definitely will look for a reason to return to Clarksville just to stop by!

Breath of fresh air in Arkansas restaurants - these folks know one thing that makes Arkansas special (farmers) and highlight farm food with burgers, Italian style pizzas, balanced entrees, and a small selection of exceptional desserts. Every meal comes with a fresh (actual green and rainbow veg) salad beforehand.

The touches in this place make it cozy, too - thick cloth napkins, stoneware plates and mugs. Real wood chairs. Interesting art on the walls.

Plus, for drinks, they have something for everyone. Classic soda drinkers can get a homemade soda. Hot tea drinkers can get a loose leaf pot. Even milk for the kids.

Servers were attentive but not overly so, knowledge about the menu, and willing to work with us on changes. The owner oriented us to the menu. Only issue is that servers were not totally up to speed on menu - one was in training, so understandable. Major bonus : while we waited for the food, we shopped at the mercantile general store attached they also own that has some really special whole food / locally sourced items.

They are open for dinner every night after 5pm. On every road trip past Clarksville, I will return!

Stopped by for some tea and snacks. Great food and lovely atmosphere. My only negative is that there's 4 bathrooms and no changing table. One could definitely fit in one of the handicap bathrooms.

The owner came to each table and explained the seasonal menu items. They are very accommodating for special diets. The food was excellent! You can tell this really is farm to table prepared. They only have their own beers on tap, but there is usually enough seasonal variety to meet most palettes.

Today, we went to the Prestonrose farm/brewery in Subiaco. While there, we discovered that we had earned a passport good for a secret menu item at the Bistro in Clarksville. Please go do this! You will earn yourself the best treat for visiting both! Delicious every time! Food and beer: best around!

We were thoroughly impressed with every part of this gem of a business. The attentive service, the fantastically flavorful food, the craft beer and the items in the mercantile were equal in their elevation of this place to more than a restaurant & bar. We were only in town for two days, so after finishing our meal, we ordered a meal to take back with us and had it the next evening. We even made friends with the diners at the next table! What a fun place to spend an evening. They even use the same toilet paper (Who Gives A Crap) as I do. Man, do I wish they weren’t in the middle of Arkansas. Well done, Prestonrose, well done!

The food was amazing: 10 out of 10. Everything was fresh, home grown, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. The emu steak was delectable and the fish was something to speak about. Even the drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) were made fresh from home- grown ingredients. Please try this restaurant as you will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing. I’ve wanted to try an emu burger for years and this place has a fine example of a delicious emu burger. The side veggies, salad and dessert were all super fresh and made to perfection. Almost everything they have is locally sourced. They care about the food and it shows! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Exceeded all our expectations after a long day of hiking and exploring in the national forest.
