Smallest portions ever on the cones. My son literally started crying because his ice cream was gone in two bites. The whole cone was filled with air (there was only ice cream on the very top that went up about an inch). When we brought it to the worker’s attention, she said “yeah that’s how the child cones are.” 👀 Yet my husband and other two kids who also got a child’s cone had ice cream filled to the bottom of the cone. As a family with a gluten allergy, I will not be back to the Conway location. We’ve visited many times, let the server know of the allergy, and asked that our Almondinger not be mixed through the machine. Did the same today but was brought a machine mixed ice cream and was told it had to be done that way, that he cleaned the machine, but that he still had to give me the allergy warning.
