I've been going to this BWW 1 or 2 times a week for nearly 10 years now. Lately my experiences have been enough to make me think about changing my routine. A few friends and I came in for some wings and had to wait 45min for our order to be brought out. Once it did come out the wings were half coated in sauce and didn't look anything like they are advertised. Something needs to be done about the kitchen staff. The staff working the floor are always friendly and helpful but having to wait 45 min for a plate of half coated wings week after week isn't something I plan to continue experiencing. If BWW brought back the 15 min order guarantee, this store honestly wouldn't make a penny. I'll go back in a few weeks to see if it's better but in my honest opinion is a shell of what it was.

I normally love Buffalo Wild wings but this was the worst experience ever. We got in at 9pm and waited for our food for 1hr, during the wait they didn't even get the TV changed to the game we were wanting to watch till after it had ended. Once our food came out it was the wrong order and we waited another 30 minutes for them to bring out the correct food. Once we got our food we had already waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. After getting our wings, they forgot our fries and had to go back for our fries. We finally got our full meal after 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting. On top of that, this was 95 dollars for me and my wife to share a plate of boneless wings and my 3 little brothers to eat a cheeseburger on the kids menu. We got waters to drink as well. This was outrageous prices, terrible service and way too long of a wait. We didnt leave till after 11pm just from waiting so long. I ended up getting my meal to go because I was tired and ready to go home. We couldn't even watch our game during the long wait. We asked several times just to have a closer TV turned to the channel so we could see the game a little closer. I almost walked out at 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, and they finally brought the food out. I will never go back to this restaurant again. I'm not one to complain but this was just not worth it.

Worst restaurant in Conway, piss poor customer service, web site doesn't work. Order a Chicken sandwich with garlic parmesan and onion rings. Got up charged $2 for the onion rings and got 4 rings ask the waitress about it, she said oh they do it by wait.. waste of money, weren't even hot. Chicken sandwich was ok.. but was luke warm and not good enough to come back! All around piss poor

If you like sport bar and grills, this is a good place to be. Usually the atmosphere is to loud for my liking except in the bar or patio. My biggest complaint is the weirdness of the promotional offers, they are set to end way before anyone can take advantage of them.
Service was ok, lady seemed like she was in a hurry when we were ordering our drinks and appetizers.

Price!! I had 10 dry wings and a tea. No fries just 10 wings and a tea, and my bill was a right under $22. Thats ridiculous!! They charged me $3.99 for a glass of tea!

Food was great and we had a very sweet server, I think her name was Kaydence. She did an excellent job. Exactly what we were looking for after a long day. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere. Nothing was wrong with it. I just personally don't prefer loud music and lots of TV, but I know most people do and that's the kind of place it is so no big deal. Overall it was a great experience. 5 stars. I would definitely go back.
