As someone who enjoys going out to eat, this restaurant was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The dining area was freezing cold, and after waiting almost 30–45 minutes for our food, it arrived and turned cold within seconds of being placed on the table. That’s how uncomfortable the temperature was. We even asked them to remake the food because it was so cold it was impossible to eat.
To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy, dirty, and completely unacceptable. This place seriously needs to be inspected because the conditions were disgusting.
On top of everything, both my partner and I ended up feeling sick after eating there. That alone is a major red flag for this restaurant’s cleanliness and food safety.
The only positive part of the visit was our waitress—He was amazing and did her best. But overall? Zero stars. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff at this location must be top notch, every time we go the place is completely packed and we still get to come in without much of a wait. The food is always amazing as well. I believe they use a weight for the steak to get a good sear and to speed up cooking time which can sometimes result in it being slightly overcooked but if you ask for it med rare it will come out perfect. Our waitresses have always been super friendly as well and don’t hover. Overall I’d give this place 10/10

It took a while to get a table even though no one was in line but when we were seated we had a great time. The food was good and the waitress was pleasant even though it was the end of her shift. We would visit again if in the area.

Update: I have to give a big shout-out to the staff at the Conway AR Chilli's. They are so kind, fast and helpful. The cheese sticks are still really good and so is the new cheese dip. The is also really good. 😄
I really think that Chili's is good. It's not the best I have ever eaten. But for what it is,it's really quite good. Cheese sticks are really good.
