Chili’s in Conway is a great spot to hang out with friends. We enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the friendly, welcoming staff. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxed vibe. Parking was convenient with plenty of space for customers. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience we’d gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

I’m not crazy about sitting near the kitchen so 3 stars for atmosphere. Food was solid as usual. Cademan was our server and he was terrific - polite, respectful, helpful.

My husband, baby girl, and I had lunch at this location today. Everything tasted wonderful. :)
The reason for the review however is our server, Scout. Phenomenal. Sweet. Attentive. Best service I’ve had in Conway in a while! If I was still managing restaurants, I’d def try to snag her! We don’t dine there often but we will definitely be back to see Scout!

Ate here as a group of 9. Food was amazing and came out quick, but I really came to write the review to brag on our waitress, Shelby! She was absolutely amazing. She took care of our table of 9 better than most servers take care of a table of 2. She worked her butt off and provided the absolute perfect service with the best attitude!

Don’t sleep on Chili’s yall!! This location was packed and we got in with no wait. The waitress was fantastic and prompt. They know how to work and get the job done in a timely and effective way. The food was some of the best I’ve had. You just never know anymore with quality but it was so good. Highly recommend. We will be back.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went with my friend for her birthday dinner. We ordered drinks and the server said my ID was fake and was very rude. She then got the manager and the manager was also very rude, slapped my ID on the table, and pointed out all the reasons why it was “fake”. My ID is very much real. We left and took our service elsewhere. I go to chilis all the time and get drinks and this has never happened before. I was highly disappointed by the behavior. They said they have gotten in trouble for fake IDs before which tells me they have ZERO idea how to tell a real ID from a fake one. Should I grab my birth certificate and bring it with me next time I want to dine in???

Server Madison made our lunch an excellent dining experience. Her skills at handling many tasks in a timely manner were amazing. She guided us seniors thru the large menu with ease and made sure we were pleased throughout the entire meal.
Our huge burgers were done to perfection as were the tasty fries. Attention is paid to detail at this Chili's. Friendly staff and clean environment make for an inviting atmosphere.
