The staff at this location must be top notch, every time we go the place is completely packed and we still get to come in without much of a wait. The food is always amazing as well. I believe they use a weight for the steak to get a good sear and to speed up cooking time which can sometimes result in it being slightly overcooked but if you ask for it med rare it will come out perfect. It took a while to get a table even though no one was in line but when we were seated we had a great time. The food was good and the waitress was pleasant even though it was the end of her shift. We would visit again if in the area.
