They close @ 11, I drove 20+ minutes DIRECTLY FROM WORK, to get there 6 minutes before closing. and they have the door locked? no establishment should close early unless there’s safety risks getting home. i’m sorry i was working and busy this morning and wanted the bogo? .

The food quality has gone completely down. This will be my last order from Chipotle. The last four times I've gotten something from them something has been not cooked enough or not cooked at all, this time it was the rice still very crunchy. If I knew I'd get a refund I drive the 30 minutes back to town, but getting someone on the phone to see if I get a refund is impossible. Deleting the Chipotle app now and never ordering it again. A waste of $14.

I just want to say we arrive and I can tell they are under staffed, the pretty girl that was there helping did it all by herself(I think her name is Christine(dark hair make up was on point), didn’t catch her name but girl you did that!!!! Thank you for still smiling even though you were under a lot of pressure!

Placed an online order. Had to keep going back into the restaurant to get things like napkins & plasticware they didn’t put any in the bag. I thought my food was good til I found a really long string of brownish color hair in my food, which made the food disgusting. I’ll never eat at the Conway location again they are too careless.

The customer service from the start was awful. Like so sorry we showed up to eat and ruin your day. She didn’t add drinks like we asked so had to repay. The entire facility is DISGUSTING. NOT ONE TIME HAS ANYTHING EVER BEEN WIPED DOWN. It’s just overall bad and needs a complete scrub with new staff and management. Dont waste your money or time.

This is our go-to location anytime we are in Arkansas from Kansas City, Mainly because it's right by our hotel and secondly the customer service is always on point. I loved the fact that I didn't even have to tell the young lady you was just sweeping please wash/ sanitize your hands ( it was like second nature for her, I knew that was something she is accustomed to do without being asked.) We made sure we let her know we appreciated that.

We had our hopes up way too much. It was so dirty inside, there was no way I would eat in there. (That should have been my sign to leave) but nope ordered a burrito and the meat and veggies was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I love chipotle but this one needs a lot of management. Hoping things get better soon!!

We have been coming to this Chipotle since it opened and never had an experience like this! They are dirty! The counter is dirty! The floors are dirty! The bathroom is dirty! They literally stopped in the middle of making our bowl to take bets on what the next customer was gonna order and fuss about how they weren't getting paid like they should! I told them I have allergies and they gave me guac with cheese in it! We had to wait for large chips to be made and, when I went back up to see if they were ready, the girl handed me a small bag that had been sitting there for a while (they were hard) and then said they were large chips in a small bag !!! It was bs! She literally lied to me to excuse me!! So I handed them back and said I wanted my large bag. They took another 10 or so minutes to get us a bag. That happened because one of them noticed we had already eaten and got up to wait on the chips before we left. While they were making bags for others who ordered way after we had already finished our food.
Then the girl at the front DIDN'T CHANGE HER GLOVES AFTER DEALING WITH MONEY AND MADE OUR BAG OF CHIPS!
We travel all over and Chipotle is our Go-to!
I started going when it was hole in the wall in Denver !!!!
This was the WORST excuse of a crew that we have ever experienced!! You
Can't blame it on just being college kids because there have been college kids working at this one for years and we've NEVER experienced service like this !
If I could give this crew 0 stars, I would.
IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ALPHA-GAL, STAY AWAY FROM HERE !! THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE AND DON'T LISTEN !!!!!!

I love chipotle! I get the burrito bowls and everything is amazing! One thing though, every time I get the brown rice, it’s been crunchy, and not done. Other than that, everything is is amazing.
