“Update 2/19/26: Quoted 15-30 minute delivery, arrived in 13 minutes. Cookies and creme and ghiradelli ones are great. Snickerdoodle decent.

Delivery time quoted as 10-15 minutes once I ordered. Changed to 30-35 minutes after 10-15 minutes went by. Total time was 40 minutes. 7 cookies. Followed directions properly.

Chocolate chip: Decent. Slightly warm. A little soft a little crisp. I like the way they bake them. Definitely a lot smaller than crumbl -- normal sized cookies. I prefer these over crumbl.

White chocolate macadamia: Again I like how they baked it and it was decent, but wasn't really what I expected from this flavor (my go-to cookie flavor).

Peanut butter chip: Great cookie. Sort of tastes like a Nutter Butter cookie. If anything it could benefit from slightly less sweetness, but not a big deal.

Confetti deluxe: This is the best one of all of the ones I ordered. Nothing bad to say about it other than it may be a little too sweet. I sometimes tend to find sweets too sugary and I don't eat them often. These deluxe cookies are larger and cost $1.50 more.

S'mores deluxe: Was okay. Very sweet. Not sure I tasted any graham crackers in the entire time.

Double chocolate chunk: probably the worst of all of the ones I had. Too crispy is the main reason. Some chocolate pieces were good because they were bitter. Needs more of that. It didn't have that same somewhat soft but somewhat crisp quality the others did -- overbaked.

Sugar cookie: second worst of all of them with double chocolate chunk being the worst and confetti deluxe being the best. It's so-so.“

“Zoey helped us today and the 5 stars are honestly for her. She was so kind and so helpful. And when I forgot to add my rewards she fixed it for me. This has honestly not been my number one place that I enjoy going mostly due to workers calling items by different names and charging different prices for the same thing When they call it by a different name (which might be because it's a different price when they call it something different) But we would come back to see Zoey! Thank you so much Zoee!! 😁“

“Their custard is very good, 100% customizable, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the price. The small of most things there is over $5. I willingly pay it once or twice a month it is just that good. If I get a medium, I have 2 full servings, a large is 3 servings for me. The small, I can just barely finish. And don't get me started on their ice cream cones. I made the choice one day to get a cone, the old fashioned cake cones. I love their crunch in contrast with the ice cream. For some reason I thought a 5 scoop cone would be just enough... a 5 scoop cone is equivalent to a large. Thankfully I requested a cup which they gladly provided. That ice cream cone was so yummy, and I made it less than half way through the ice cream before I topped out. Next time I think I'll just stick with a 2 scooper, that is more my speed.“
