You can tell that the employees do jot want to be here. They do not listen when you place an order. Ordered a new York steamer and they made employees a hook and ladder. The food has gone down hill. I would rather by a 6 dollar sub from Walmart across the street than pay 12+ dollars to get something you didn't order.

The food is always good but the reason this is 5 stars is Janessa! She is absolutely incredible I won't even go in on the days she doesn't work! She knows my name, makes me feel welcomed, and works harder than anyone I know! I love firehouse and she is a big reason why. I'll continue to go there as long as she's there. And on top of all that she makes a mean sandwich!

You can upgrade to a toasted garlic roll! Me, "I'd like a New York Steamer on garlic roll!". You can't get that. Table tent says any sub on a Garlic Roll. Apparently, Conway AR Firehouse, doesn't have to adhere to company standards and can racially discriminate on who can order what!

We have been going to this location for years. Tonight, the crew who was working was by far the best team we have encountered. They were friendly and helpful. Super nice to my little boy. The food was great. I hope they stick around for awhile!
The staff was so scared they told all of us to leave. Would not serve us.all because they didn't want to make sandwiches?really.

I had never tried Firehouse Subs before so thought I'd give it a shot. It was good but not great but not so bad it didn't stop me from trying it again. All in all, I wasn't really disappointed but know if I never have it again, I'm not missing anything.

The guy making the sandwiches was so depressed! He looked it, and acted depressed! People do not want to see that/ be in that kind of an environment when they eat out! Took them 20 minutes for my two subs, which were identical, and only had two ingredients on! My brothers took over 30 minutes for his sandwiches, which were the same sandwiches too! I don’t think I will be eating here again! It use to be really good, idk what happened to this place.

Food was delicious. I gave the "service" a 3/5 due to no one said Welcome to Firehouse when I walked in the door and the guy that took my order never smiled or was friendly. Talked monatone and you could tell he didn't want to be there. The other two workers were very friendly when they called me up for my order and one of them said for me to have a great day.
