the last few times we've eaten there, the guy behind the counter wore gloves to take our cash payment and didn't change his gloves when making sandwiches. I told one of the staff about it and he said he'd mention it. we'll he did it again. wore gloves while ringing up our order and didn't change them when making the sandwiches. it's just unsanitary to do so and can cause people to get sick.

Food is good but a little higher in price then others, customer service need some work the staff come off rude and cold, I think the place could use some music. To lighten up the atmosphere.
We love the Hook and Ladder sub from Firehouse. This particular store was on our way during a trip. They did not disappoint! We ordered a special through the app and it was hot and ready when we arrived with great service.
