I visit this location often. I enjoy the food but mostly visit because of the service. A young man by the name of Jackie is truly amazing. He provides not only amazing customer service but is genuine in his service to customers. He is pleasant, professional and humble. A wonderful person who I’m sure will go far in life.

The online ordering process through the app is very easy & convenient. Food was ready when I arrived but still warm, all of the staff were very friendly, restaurant interior was clean and neat. Overall, Firehouse has some of the best subs around and the spicy options + hot sauce bar make it even better.

the last few times we've eaten there, the guy behind the counter wore gloves to take our cash payment and didn't change his gloves when making sandwiches. I told one of the staff about it and he said he'd mention it. we'll he did it again. wore gloves while ringing up our order and didn't change them when making the sandwiches. it's just unsanitary to do so and can cause people to get sick. I love eating here, they are real friendly and the sandwiches...
