Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I was sooo disappointed. The custard was terrible! Definitely not up to Freddy standards what so every. The burger was okay. But the Freddy's in Kennesaw Georgia is stellar! This was a total miss.

Placed a mobile order and guy shouted to the back “do you have the order for the funny name”?
If you can’t pronounce a name, that’s fine. But at least ask for clarification. The young lady who brought my wife the order was kind.

The home of the butter burger. Tiny fries. Yummy. Pet peeve - Employees sitting in booths on their phones while trash runneth over and didn't see a table wiped down while I was there. What happened to the good things we learned from covid protocol for protecting the next customer and your employees?

Well, this doesn't really seem to be "southern". Smashed burgers you can read a newspaper through? Shoe-string potatoes are supposed to be a snack while watching TV, not passed off as French fries.
Okay, I'm sure everything will taste good, but man...be ready for the prices. No veterans or senior discount at the register.
Oh, speaking of the register, pay close attention to what you ask for vs what may get rung up.

Excellent custard to finish off a great hamburger snd fries. The fish is ok but the hamburgers are better IMO. RIP my diet.

Update....an issue for me.. they have remodeled the bathrooms and the first bathroom is for women and handicapped and it has no lock.

The second bathroom is for men and women and has no lock. There is an open urinal and then a stall with a door.

I am uncomfortable going to the bathroom in front of women so I will probably not go back until they put locks on the doors, or separate the men's bathroom from the women's bathroom.

The food was great as always and the kids love it.
