We only hit the drive through so I can't really speak to atmosphere. We hit them for a late night treat and they were super quick and the custard was fantastic. Window attendant was super friendly as well.

First time at Freddy’s and it was good. I loved the way they make the patties. They are thin and crispy so have a unique crunch and taste. Loved the fry sauce. Will certainly visit again!

I went through the drive through and got the wrong order. I couldn't turn around so I called. The manager was nice and told me to come back whenever and she would write my name down. People make mistakes. I would have not give a bad review for that...I went back to get my order a few days later. New manager....new story. No smile no apologizes. He went and looked for my name and came back asking for my receipt. I told him I didn't have it. He just looked at me. I told him it was no big deal I could just leave. He said very flatly...I just asked for a receipt. He looked at the register worker and told him to ring up what I wanted....again still no facial expression. I told the guy what I wanted. When the manager came back to over ride the transaction I told him I would pay for it. HE IGNORED ME AND WALKED OFF after handing me my receipt
