Hidden Creek has by far the best catfish around. It's a fun environment and with quail (on Saturday nights), frog legs, buffalo (which is hard to find), shrimp and crawdads on the buffet for no extra cost it just can't be beat! The owner is great as well, he is very helpful and can be seen answering questions and socializing with customers regularly. There are also party rooms available to book for your next event. If you haven't been there you simply must go check...
Went on a Thursday evening around 6ish. Nice crowd, but not to crowded. I got a salad, chicken strips, green beans mac n cheese, shrimp.
The shrimp and mac were blah and flat no seasoning what so ever. My friend got frog legs and catfish, he said they didn't know how to cut the fish and the frog legs weren't fully cooked. Service was great tho. 😐

Great fish buffet. The food was hot and flavorful. The buffet was well stocked and the workers were super helpful. We visited on a Saturday evening (around 4pm). They had a decent crowd, but it wasn't overwhelming.
