We got lucky in the first time we went it was the first day of crawfish season. It was very busy but service was quick. We tried a few different things we had never had before. Unfortunately my crawfish pie was still cold on the inside. It needed another 3045 seconds in the deep fryer. As a professional crawfish connoisseur I would have preferred a little bit more flavor and not just seasoning. Tasted like they were just boiked in water. No oil or nothing. Just ate here and everyone at our table got something different and we all enjoyed it! We split some boudin balls and the flavor was great. I got the shrimp basket and got okra instead of hush puppies..delicious! We split the chocolate mousse cheesecake for dessert, very rich and perfect to share at the end of a good meal.
