I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

I do not understand why I'm forced to go through doordash to order. I'm literally just trying to place a pickup order I do not want it delivered. I can't apparently choose my wing flavor. My order can't be processed to my cart. Nothing on your website is working. I have never had this problem when I ordered in Little Rock. Don't know what the problem is, but either something has changed and it sucks or something is not working like it should.
This is just chilis. Like literally. I’m on a road trip and I wanted wings so I go to this place and it’s a chilis. They have wings but only three flavors. I don’t hate chilis I just feel lied to ?

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
