It's just a problem with this location. I love jimmy John's overall, but this location is overall awful. I had it once before and just thought it was just one bad experience. I gave it another try and it was the same thing again. I'm a college student so my schedule is hectic and just wanted some delicious quick food. I ordered ahead of time online and when I got there still waited about a half an hour before hearing anything about my order. I had to go to the counter...
