We’ve gone to JJs for years but the last 3 times we have done have been a big disappointment. The first instance, our waitress was super short with us and would toss the food on the table without stopping and was incredibly rude. The second time, there were only 3 tables that were sat - us being one of them and it took 10 minutes for someone to talk to us, another 10 to take our order and after we got the ticket it took them another 15 minutes to grab our card. This most recent visit, she didn’t even put in half of our order and we finished the food they did bring before anyone came to our table. Food is always a 10/10.

Everything is pretty awesome but for the love of God they need to turn the music down a few notches. Came on a Monday night and the music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation in the very back of the restaurant. Just crossing our fingers that every song was the last so we could actually hear each other across the table.

I’m not familiar with Conway, but I’m working here for the week. Chose JJ’s because it looked like good food. Though I felt like I just walked into a bar, the atmosphere was calm with good country music and yes the food was as good as it looked!

I hate to put down JJs because I love Little Rock and Fayetteville locations. This is my first time at Conway. To be fair we did go on trivia night. It was loud, people were very drunk, it was crowded. The food was not that good. The waitresses were on it, our order was correct, our drinks were refilled, it was just meh.
