My family and I have been regulars at Brick and Forge for years, visiting at least once a month. We’ve always appreciated the friendly employees and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunately, today we witnessed a member of management screaming at the staff and speaking to them in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. It was upsetting and heartbreaking to see, especially because these employees are usually so kind and welcoming.

Wonderful customer service, had a couple messed up food items though. Might change to 5 stars next time!
The place was amazing. And the service we received from i believe her name is Brittany was absolutely some of the friendliest service ever. We had a birthday party and she was in charge of the whole party around 30 people and she never missed a beat. Our orders were on time.,correct,and served with a smile. Great time. Would definitely recommend this place.
