I normally love fried chicken and KFC in particular. This store failed to live up to any reasonable expectation whatsoever. There's plenty of places for yardbird in town. Find yourself something better. You'll be thanking me in the long run.
Nice at the window, but got over half of our order wrong. The employees were also in a conversation while tending to our order and probably played a role with the order being wrong.

I want to be clear. I am talking about the Russellville KFC. Google doesnt make it clear to me which it is asking me to review. We drive a half hour from home to eat at this kfc. There is one 10 minutes closer we could go to, but the service is abysmal and the food makes me sick so we go here instead. I do everything else in Conway, if Morrilton doesn't have it but for KFC I come here.
