They are quick. I tried the steak Lo Mein. Very tasty. However, I wouldn’t mind a little more on the veg side. Sushi was good, but just tried California roll. Haven’t tried any specialties yet. I will order from them again.
Might be able to work with Chef for GF options, however, their soy sauce used for Hibachi side, is not.

Kotaro Hibachi CONWAY offers delicious sushi in a thick roll size for a great price, with good burgers and fries as well. The staff is always nice and the service is fast; call in an order and it is ready in no time. The server was very friendly and welcoming, the facility clean and neat. The food is great with excellent quality and generous servings; any slight problem is fixed promptly. For what is received, the price is good. The Gyoza was cooked to perfection. Burgers are quite good but prepared in limited quantity each day, best for lunch. The steak and shrimp hibachi is tasty and a decent value, though the amount of meat is a bit small compared to the mountain of rice. A nice addition to the Conway food scene.
