Absolutely the worst restaurant in Conway when it comes to service. Called in an order for fish and shrimp. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. One hour later, and the order was still not completed. The restaurant had one customer in their shop. This is the second time in a row where the order was drastically late. Last time I had to wait over and hour and a half to get my order. How does it take that long to cook seafood.
Poor service. Opened late. Service person sitting on phone not paying attention. Order did not have shrimp and coleslaw. Instead of telling us they were out of Dr Pepper they decided to run to store to buy some. We changed to coke because we already had food and needed drinks. Person came back without dr peppers anyways. Won’t be back!!
Didn’t have any shrimp ready. Then when we got our fish plate, didn’t have cole slaw. Asked about it that’s when I was told they were out. Could have said something when we ordered. Fish was good tho
