Wow I’ve always had good service until tonight. Ordered a pizza and salad and got the conformation email at 5:25. Estimated to be ready at 5:42. I got to Marco’s at 5:53 and was told it would be another 15 minutes because of short staff and a rush. The app said (and still says) ready at 5:42. If you are short staffed or slammed I get it. But don’t tell me on the app that my order is ready and I drive 10+ minutes only to find out you haven’t started my order. It is unacceptable...read full review
I have been living in Conway for 10 years. I tried Marco's for the first time this evening and it was great! The pizzas were large pies. They're hot, fresh and tasty. The delivery was pretty quick. I will definitely be ordering from you all again. ☺️
I called in for my order and talked to Keith, such a helpful guy and he said I would not be disappointed since this was my first time ordering. He was correct my pizza was delicious.
