Absolutely terrible service. The priority is to go orders so don’t go in just call bite squad. I can’t tell you if the food is good. They didn’t serve any. Stoby’s from now on.
Food was fine, but there was only one server working the entire restaurant.

The Mean Bean Cafe is a great place to eat, and the service is great. We have enjoyed many meals at The Mean Bean. And, the desserts are all homemade.
The food is a little pricey, the wait can be a little long but I’ve never had a bad experience in the restaurant. In takeout it was terribly disappointing. Missing items, spinach dip only half full, and sandwich was sad. Cold, unmelted cheese on grilled cheese and the cheese wasn’t even enough to cover half of the bread- much less the whole sandwich. Was clearly made without any pride. When I called about it, the customer service was sad. Told me the drink was still on the counter but to contact bite squad about it all.

Glad I saw my friends post. I’ll never eat here. This was poor customer service. None of money will ever be wasted here.

Really great food. For those people who have to eat gluten-free, you can BYOB (bring your own bread/bun) and have a sandwich, rather than go bun-less.
The service was good and so was the food their chocolate cake was really good yum.
