Ordered 2 dozen chicken tamales! They were the best tamales I ever had! So good that we ordered more and are going back tomorrow! If you are looking for good authentic Mexican, unlike the other places in Conway this is the place to go! Support this local business!!!
I am traveling from Texas to Arkansas weekly because I am a travel medical laboratory technician. And I was craving tacos BAD. I decided to try this place because it had great reviews. I am so glad I did! The tacos and green sauce were PHENOMENAL. The corn tortilla's are made in house and they load them with meat. The guy who took my order was well mannered and professional. I can't wait to the try the rest of their menu!
First time here recommended by a friend! The empanadas and the tacos were sooooo good. The young lady who took my order was so nice and patient. This was my first time ever having an empanada. Now they are my favorite♥

Rubis Mexican Food Truck is an absolute gem hidden in plain sight, tucked away in a quiet residential area by Lake Conway. The star of the menu is undoubtedly their tamales -- hands down the best in the area, genuine real deal tamales packed full of goodness. The tacos are also excellent, and the empanadas are another highlight. Very nice people, reasonably priced. Whether a tamale connoisseur or just looking for great tacos, this food truck is worth a special trip. Definitely give this spot a try.
