“Comfortable seating with access to plug ins. Staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job--they laughed and joked with customers and were singing along with the music and seemed to be genuinely having fun. Hot chocolate was great, the frozen pineapple lemonade is very bland and flavorless but it was made properly and my dislike was not the fault of the staff or location. Highly recommend this location!“

What a great group of guys and gals that helped me with my order, morning off 9/23/25.
I stopped by to order Starbucks Coffee Traveler for a large meeting. Baristas did such an excellent job.
They brewed a fresh batch. Put all the cups together. Put extra Grande cup of cream and other condiments that my meeting folks might need. Thank you so much for being so courteous and efficient.
Few hours after my meeting, I had a long drive and this location wasn’t far from my meeting. I decided to return to get a medium roast, “Casi Cielo,” in my personal cup.
Once again, baristas did amazing job here. Special thanks to the young guy that helped me with my To-Go Order. Despite them being out of “Casi Cielo.” He did a Pour Over.
Honestly, I think pour over has something little more special because the flavor is different and the full body aroma was different. My drink tasted great. My taste buds were happy.

“The manager or GM of this location on campus is very aggressive to her employees and have noticed her two weeks in a row standing outside of the counter watching and commenting on their every move. Shes raising her voice at them in an aggressive way to get her point across. It’s just not a tasteful way to handle any issues with your employees especially in public. Last week, I noticed her talking badly about an employee to another employee (both employees were working at the time), this was at the drink pickup station, there was nothing discrete about this interaction.
I just feel bad for the employees that are getting the blunt end of this.

“Gabby and Victoria NEED a raise! I was having a complete meltdown after my only bra had a strap break. I had to put on a sports bra and head to town, only to find that the TORRID next door to target doesn't open until 11 WTH?!? And being extremely gifted in that department, no one else carries my size. They completely turned my day around with some kind words, a pink drink and a cake pop! Thank you!“
“The customer service is always so nice and kind. A lady today in the drive thru was so sweet it made me leave a review. My food and drinks here are always so good I’d argue this is one of the best Starbucks in Arkansas. They are also very timely.“
