“This Starbucks is the best I go everyday almost and they know me by first name. Normally when I come in they start making my drink before I even pay for it cause they know I always get the same drink and they have great customer service and treat they're customers like family instead of just regular people coming for a service. Great store“

“Updating my review, the girls this morning were much more respectful than the heavy set white guy that was here Friday. Giving this location another chance because the guy that made the order Friday was still extremely rude but ms jaiden is much more respectful and nice to her customers. More people like her would make this location much better.“

“Ordered a drink not every location has known how to make & this one nailed it! I think they were short on staff since 3 cars in line caused quite a long wait & the girl at the window wasn't super friendly. But it happens. Drink was correct!“

“The only reason you got four stars is because I love most of the employees here and 90% of the time things are correct, today, for example, was not one of those, when I pay eight dollars for a drink, I'd like it to be made right, therefore, if it has chocolate curls, they should be added on there. If you do not have them, you should inform me, also when you hand me a drink with whipped cream, I shouldn't have to ask for a straw that should come with a drink. Do better night shift“

“With my travel schedule I frequently hit up the local Starbucks to grab a cup O’ Joe or in my case a Latte. Bottom line this store is supper friendly, calling. customers by name, and if not offering them a friendly “so-long, have a great day. Many retailers are forgetting the importance of people who then love on people. A must try!!!!“

“Not sure who the young lady was that brought my latte, she’s always nice with a quiet demeanor. Charity is also a very nice person and remembers me and others. Makes me feel good. My goal is to frequent this location so they can stay.“

“The two associates helping me at the order screen and pick up window were both very patient, even taking their time during a busy morning rush to make sure I fully understood details about my order and even offered a pup cup to my fur child. I wish I had their names to give them proper kudos but they were the main drive through associates at 8:15 this morning if that's helpful. Thanks!“

“Staff was very friendly & my order was perfectly made. A barista named Tina went above & beyond. She recommended the caramel brulee & I will say it's my new found favorite. I would recommend for anyone to go inside to check out how nice this store is“

“From when I walked in 5a till when I left at 6a everything was perfect. Restaurant was clean, food wonderful, service impressive. The lady took my order and told me she would bring me my breakfast sandwich to my table. Really? After finishing another lady asked if she could take the plate for me. What? And ask if I was doing ok. Obvious Supervisor type lady was on site, communicating with co-workers tasks for the day. Communications amount all showed a great Team! Upon exiting, thought I would test them and asked for a half refill of my large coffee cup. The lady asked if I had the “Ap” I replied oh course. Filled my cup and said thank you! That’s Exceptional Customer Service! Enjoyed our visit. Thank you Ladies“

“Too expensive but they have their hooks in me. Gotta have an iced latte every so often. Just can't get it anywhere else.

“This Starbucks is located inside of a Target store so there is no drive-thru. It has the most of the menu of a standalone Starbucks so you can get your regular food and drinks here. During my visit, the location was not busy so ordering was quick and easy and I received by drink fast. I was able to use the Starbucks app to pay for my order as well. The drink was fine and pretty much what I have come to expect from Starbucks locations. Not a bad spot to get your coffee fix, a snack, or whatever you may enjoy from Starbucks while also knocking out some shopping perhaps.“

“Clean, Air Conditioned, and casual. As I sit here I can hear the friendly interactions between employees and guests. The employee remembered a customers name from a previous visit which tells me that they care about more than just selling a cup of Joe. They want you to feel like family and welcome your return visits with a smile. Great job y'all!!“
