“The best experience I’ve ever had in any coffee shop! Ashley was very busy but made eye contact with me and smiled a beautiful smile, she apologized for my wait and assured me she’d be right with me. The truth is, I was in a hurry but trying not to show it. I think she is incredibly intuitive and picked up on my need to go. Watching her and her actions made me decide to slow down and appreciate the beauty and caring another person chose to share with me. I made it to the service on time and felt the need to recognize her great service to me! The note on the top of my cup completed an already awesome experience! Thank you Ashley!“
“This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I am a regular here. I always have EXCELLENT customer service. The baristas are always so warm and welcoming to the guests. They are very helpful too if you see trying to decide what drink to get or have any questions. The only downside of this Starbucks is that the drive thru line is pretty awkward and can cause traffic issues. I recommend ordering ahead on the app or just parking and going inside!“
“I don’t come here often as it is on the opposite side of town for me. But this morning I was running errands and had some time to kill. I stopped in to grab a coffee and egg bites (my favorite!)The morning crew here today 3/27/24 was Awesome! Friendly, helpful, fast and very concerned about making all feel welcome. “Honestly one of the best Starbucks visits I've had in Arkansas. The location is clean with seating both inside and outside, which is a total plus with some locations going drive-thru only.The employees were all wearing a smile and genuinely seemed to get along and enjoy being here. They are so relaxed and easy to talk to.My drink was made PERFECT!! ?Honestly, I wished I lived closer so this could be my regular hang out to game and get work done.“
“6 years ago I was over this location. Pot holes in the drive thru, locks on bathroom doors. It’s gotten so much better here in 2023. Way better manager, happier baristas, better service, locks are off bathroom doors. The place got cleaned up. Drinks online always ready when I get there. So I’ll turn my previous 2 Stars to 4 for making the improvements needed“
“I’ve been coming here since I moved in 2018, and to say that I’ve seen the highs and lows is an understatement. Super glad to see my same drink order: grande iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with 1 pump white mocha & vanilla sweet cold foam- be made perfectly consistently as of recent. Love this team!“
“With my travel schedule I frequently hit up the local Starbucks to grab a cup O’ Joe or in my case a Latte. Bottom line this store is supper friendly, calling. customers by name, and if not offering them a friendly “so-long, have a great day. Many retailers are forgetting the importance of people who then love on people. A must try!!!!“

“I was flying out really early yesterday and I decided to give Starbucks another try.. I was greated by 3 super friendly ladies that exceeded all of my expectations. Kimber took my order and I was pleasantly surprised because she actually listened to my order and repeated to make sure that my extravagant order was entered correctly. I cashed out and then waited several minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait. Mary called my name, repeated drink order and then proceeded to wish me safe travels. I fly several times a month for business and I will definitely be back in hopes of seeing these ladies and receiving the same great service. “This location has good service and moves at a fast pace. The baristas make your drinks the way that you order them. The parking at this location isn't very good, and it's difficult to get in and out of the parking lot at times. There are other businesses in close proximity that make for a real convenience.“
“Clean, Air Conditioned, and casual. As I sit here I can hear the friendly interactions between employees and guests. The employee remembered a customers name from a previous visit which tells me that they care about more than just selling a cup of Joe. They want you to feel like family and welcome your return visits with a smile. Great job y'all!!“
“Just did drive-through (~ 10:50 AM) and encountered the kindest, most efficient server ever! She patiently waited as I was getting text from my daughter with her coffee order, even wrote “#1 Mom” on my lid! Didn’t catch her name, unfortunately, but she made my day!!!“

“So convenient to wake up to delicious coffee and a good snack! Even if your not staying at this Marriott in Little Rock you may as well come here than other locations. Got my coffee in a snap but I still recommend for any Starbucks to order ahead on the app if you can, so convenient to go downstairs, grab my coffee, then go upstairs and do nothing but enjoy. Would've rated five stars but the staff is sometimes rude and it closes at five o'clock but other than that it's pretty golden!“
