Each time I went it was decent but had many things that annoyed me a bit. The music isn't my taste, which I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so loud. The first time I went one of the workers gave me a coffee when I ordered a hot chocolate, and when I asked for a new one they were very rude about it. The newly made hot coffee also tasted off, I had the peppermint white hot chocolate and no peppermint in sight.
