They say they’re open until 9pm online on sundays but when you walk in they say “oh we’ve been closed since 7pm” yet it’s 7:30 and the door is still unlocked for customers to walk in, and there’s still people getting their food/drinks in the drive thru line. maybe update your hours instead of rudely refusing service to people who were misled by your inability to keep your online information updated.

Wow this was the worst attitude i never expected from a starbucks employee. Tall black guy in sunglasses, first made us wait for no reason whatsoever, then as we were walking away since he would not even acknowledge us he asked what we want. Ok, i named two drinks, pretty simple, tall pink drink and tall strawberry creme, he just stared with me with his hands on his hips. As I started telling the third drink he went, hold on hold on its too much. We just left. Ridiculous.

Stood in line for 5 minutes at 7:45 p.m. finally got up to the counter at 7:50 to be informed by the ridiculous barista that they were closed and would not serve me. It says online you close at 9:00. I told her all I wanted was a black cup of coffee and she rudely informed me that they closed at 8:00 and she would not serve me to have a good night.
