Oh. My. God. These are the most incredible pies I’ve had. My friends brought over a small box of four pies and I couldn’t believe how delicious they were.
The Possum Pie was sweet but fantastic. The cherry pie was a lovely tart flavor. The lemon merengue stopped my wife in her tracks and the apple pie was classic and perfect.
I can’t wait to try more from this bakery.
