Starbucks Reviews
This store on hwy 630 and Broadway is the worst managed store I have ever spent my hard earned money. It is my choice to pick the merchants I do business with. I will choose to not reward the Starbucks at 630 and Broadway with my business. Why you ask?
Often not open during stated business hours.
Rude management
Slow, slow and more slow service.
Hazardous parking lot.

Starbucks Coffee Company is one of two locations a regular visitor frequents. It is quite busy during daylight hours but dies down tremendously after 6 PM. There is ample parking, though entering from Broadway, a very busy street, can be hard; some use the back entrance. This location is noted for sometimes having flavors in stock that others are out of.
Reviews on consistency are mixed. Some find the drinks, like lattes, very delicious when good, but others report a lack of consistency, with drinks sometimes tasting horrible, very bitter, and very watery. There is a noted frustration over spending seven dollars on a coffee with a 50/50 chance it might taste good, leading to buyer's remorse.
Food orders, such as the usual egg white bites, coffee, and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit—which once arrived incorrectly as bacon egg and cheese—receive mixed feedback. The biggest challenge cited is slowness of service, with long lines and staff perceived as moving very slowly during busy morning rushes.
Service experiences vary. One barista at the drive-thru was reported as rudely asking customers if they wanted their change, making them feel obligated to tip. A serious warning advises customers not to use a card to pay due to a ghost charge appearing 24 hours later that does not show up in the store's system, suggesting the use of cash or the app instead.
