Wendy's is not the same. The food I use to love is worse to me. And the service is definitely lacking.
GAHOOK!!!
I was early on my way to work and decided to stop for some coffee and a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. I turned the corner and instantly knew I wasn’t THAT early because their line was to the street. I settled on Wendy’s. I was so disappointed I wasn’t gonna get my morning coffee. But when I pulled up to the drive through window the woman was so cheerful, funny, and kind. This was about 0700 on 7/10/26. However, the lobby may benefit from a good cleaning, and the drink machine was out of order during one visit. The restaurant's staff is knowledgeable about its Rewards Program/App, and some employees, like Phil, excel in customer service. Phil, in particular, is praised for his helpfulness and recommendation of a delicious strawberry frosty. Overall, Wendy's provides a great experience for its customers.
