What happened to the original quality of the food. The food smells horrible and leaves a funky rubbery odor behind.Everytime I order Wendy's food I have to spray car freshener to get the nasty smell out. I miss the original French fries were better also. The original quality of Wendy's was much much better and actually smelled like real food. I don't know what happened to Wendy's but it is not the same. The new ingredients are awful 😞 Go back to the original Wendy's....read full review

Phil, in particular, is praised for his helpfulness and recommendation of a delicious strawberry frosty. Overall, Wendy's provides a great experience for its customers.
