I had ordered on my app and went to pick it up. When picking it up, the ice cream melted, but everything else was ok. When I tried to bring attention to the melted icecream ? I was told by the attendant that she didn't make it. She tried to blame someone instead of trying to make the problem right. I will not be back.

Okay, so... This is based on a trip I had around a year ago. I pull up to one of the machines, and the button is completely missing. So I go to a different one (not a big deal). I ordered a banana shake, right? Well, I'm paying for my order and the card was DOUBLE CHARGED. So I'm waiting for my shake and Marcus finally comes with my order. There is a young, skinny, African American woman, that works early mornings....I wish I remembered her name, I think it ends with "____onda", anyhow she has been there my past few trips (around 5am) and she always gives EXCELLENT service, and gets my order PERFECT, every time!!It actually makes me mad that I can not put a tip on my card, because of the service she provides....so hopefully Sonic looks out for her, the way she looks out for Sonics guests.?
