Trying to make up for my bad sandwich experience from Jersey Mikes the night before. At least it wasn't bad and taste as expected. Got what I asked and ordered.

Stopped in after a long day to get a sandwich to take home. Service was not great but I figured they are tired too. I got home and the Regular White Bread was so Stale that I Could Not Bite into it!!!! The fella making the sandwich Must Have known this and still served it anyway!!! This Store Obviously does not care about their product or their Customers!!! Will Never Come Back and I will go the extra mile to let others know how Horrible this place is!!!

Stopped in today at 7:00 p.m. at Subway on oak Street stood in line for over 10 minutes one person in front of me never did get helped needless to say sitting there watching them never changing their gloves handling phone everything in the world and still making sandwiches disgusting if you end up getting sick from eating at that Subway tonight just know that's why disgusting.

Every time I come here the employees are rude, short, and or hostile. My experience was with Joe whilst she didn’t do anything extremely bad, she was short with me and didn’t even know her own menu. I told her I was using a coupon and she ignored me till I showed her it then she forgot my cup. When I asked for it she slammed it and went here you go. Overall, not a good day to go to subway!

Me n my husband went in for lunch the other day . We ordered the honey mustard chicken wrap ..omg first thing was the flies around the open veggie bars .. as the employee heated our food he put our wrap on the counter to turn his back to grab the meat to put on our sandwich fir a fly to land on the flat bread n walk around it...besides the fresh wrap he gave me ..when I get home to eat it right afterwards it was disgusting ? threw it right in the trash ...I'll cant say I'll be back this place used to be so clean when toni degarmo was managing it..just poor ..you want good subs go to jersey mikes where u actually get meat n not bread

This isn’t a sandwich. $8 for literally nothing. Drove off to look at my sandwich and realized it was on the wrong bread. So I go back inside and the lady had such an attention and said “we’re out of your bread”. I ordered online. They had my phone number. Didn’t call me and ask what I wanted instead. HIGHLY disappointed in this subway location. Definitely drive the extra mile and go to the one by Sam’s.

They have the best subs
After placing an online order, I arrived at the store and waited for my order to be completed. After 30 additional minutes of waiting and watching walk-ins get orders and leave, I decided to wait in line for my "online" order. During that time, a customer in front of me went through the entire process of ordering a salad and then after checkout was told by the staff that they had not had any forks for 3 weeks. This customer said "how am I supposed to eat a salad without a fork?" then left. A Door-Dash customer who had been waiting long before me, finally got his order, but was told that they didn't have the sauce that was requested by the Door-Dash Customer. In the meantime I went through the process of proving I had placed my order online, and they started clamoring to make my sandwich. After a few frantic moments, I was told that they couldn't make my sandwich, because they were out of bacon. I said that I wanted a refund, to which they said "that won't be possible because it was ordered on the app" I demanded they attempt the refund, which was ultimately successful. I then left without a sandwich and lost all of my lunch break. I would not recommend going the Subway at 855 East Oak Street in Conway.
I was in this store on 5/17/24. They had a rush due to people in town for graduations, so they ran out of a few things. There was one very unpleasant woman in store that caused a scene, put staff in uncomfortable positions. The staff handled her with such grace and did everything they could to accommodate this woman. I did not get their names, but it was during lunchtime. Just know you have some amazing young people working this store!
