I used to order a certain sub, it is the only one my husband and myself like. It is no longer available on the website so I ordered something different. We did not like it at all, so I went to the store the next day with the subs and the receipt. I dealt with Deb, she was amazing! She refunded the money and she even looked into the problem I was having with the website, after a few frustrating minutes she understood what I was saying so she even went the extra mile to write down...
