Trash!!! Whenever it’s busy, they can’t perform under pressure… three cars waiting on food, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order and it was not what I ordered when it finally came out. The girl took the bags when I asked for a refund then when I came in for a refund they said they needed the food (which I never had or touched). A waste of 30 minutes because it took 10 minutes just to order and pay.
I frequent Zaxby’s on Dave Ward, and have always had good service. However, today I went through the drive thru and honestly had the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever ahead anywhere! Victor had a great smile, positive attitude, and EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Thank you for being awesome and adding positivity to my day!
Victor at Zaxby’s in Conway has just about the best customer service you’re ever going to find anywhere! He’s nice, he’s fun and funny. You can tell he wants to put a smile on your face. Seems like a genuine good guy. The rest of the staff is always so kind too!!

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has amazing loaded fries and traditional wings. The cobb salad with fried chicken is ridiculous fire. The chicken finger plate can be old and taste horrible when the restaurant is extremely busy, though the peach tea is delicious. The people are nice, and the managers are always helpful. The service is the best, with management singing and welcoming customers. One night, a DoorDash order was stolen, but Zaxbys went above and beyond to make it right despite closing time, loading the customer up with fries and sauces. The new night time manager and drive-through cashier were understanding. There is also an amazing worker named Victor who interacts with customers like no other.
