So while traveling through the area, I thought I would get the typical good Zaxby's experience. Boy was I wrong! Came in through the drive through forgot to get sauce, not an extra sauce, just sauce. Went inside and was met by a nice young white guy with curly hair. Told him I didn't get any sauce and he asked me what kind. Out of nowhere a voice I can only describe as similar to the wicked witch of the west screamed from the side, "He has to pay for that." I and and the young guy were taken back by her tone and abrasiveness. I told her that I didn't get any sauce and just came through the drive thru. "You still have to pay for that and it's 25 cents per sauce," she told me. So, I literally went back to my car and found a quarter and returned with the measley coin and my receipt just in case she had more issue. When back inside she was yelling at another worker. I gave her the quarter and she didn't say anything. I asked if she was the manager, and she snarkly replied yes, as if she was waiting for me to get combative!?!? I have better things to do than to go back and forth, so I said "OK" and left. This "manager" was a short black woman with a short haircut and locs. Needless to say the young high school aged kids working there had 10x the customer service and professionalism she had. She is not management material in any shape or form. Let a stale taste in my mouth for Zaxby's since...

There was a woman that took our order and one that came to our car to hand us our food. They were both EXTREMELY hateful! The man in the window was great. He was super friendly.Kid-friendliness: Kid meals are great!

I was trying to order in the drive through for the FIRST time with my family of 4 today. The lady was extremely RUDE & had the worst attitude. She put me in a bad mood with the way she spoke through the intercom. Why is she in the drive through if she can't handle it obviously???. We took our money and business elsewhere.3/5/2024 at 7 P.M. She seriously needs an attitude adjustment or stay out of customer service. WE WON'T BE BACK!

Nearly every surface was filthy. Dirty tables and counters as well as windows and walls. Over half the drink options were out of order and no one seemed happy to be at work.

Food was very good as always. I just want to give a shout out to the ladies who work the night shift. Me and my son came in right before their dining room closed, but the ladies were so nice and welcoming! It made the food taste even better.

Food was pretty good. Ordered fried white cheddar bites, not hot, but not cold. Ordered Zensation Zalad, it had a good flavor. Bigger chunks of the core of the lettuce ?. The chicken was hot and good. Ordered tenders plate, that was great! Staff was great ? Other customers made the atmosphere not super appealing.

Bought some food here last night the lady at the window was extremely rude, the chicken was as small as my fingers and dry, alot of it went to waste because it was inedible.

The food was delicious and the funnel cake was amazing.
Food was really good, chicken strips were definitely fresh as the oil inside them burned a hole in my mouth. Didn’t get a fork or anything to eat with and only one zaxbys sauce with the five finger plate. Lady at the drive through taking orders wasn’t friendly and we felt our food was lazily made. There was a whole boiled egg in the salad instead of it being cut and Texas toast wasn’t cut either. Funnel cake was a few crumbs of a funnel cake that were all super overcooked.

My wife and I came to the Conway location to get some dinner. Not only they took 30 mins to have our meal ready, but were focusing more towards their drive thru customers than dine in. Food was alright and not enough to get us full.
