The Breakfast Tray is a great place to grab some great food Sunday mornings. Been twice while visiting Hendrix and both times have not disappointed. The scramble they make has eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. The eggs get scrambled to a finer consistency, which I prefer, you won’t get large fluffy chunks of eggs if that is your thing. There are some picnic tables in the gravel lot for sitting (and please don’t try to drive into the gravel).

I stopped by The Breakfast Tray food truck while traveling from Dallas to visit my daughter at UCA, and it was an incredible experience! The food was amazing, especially the Toast Malone—it was out of this world! Perfectly made and packed with flavor. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. If you’re ever in the area, this place is a must-try for breakfast lovers. I’ll definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m in town!
Parking: Plenty of parking, great food, and a kid-friendly vibe—The Breakfast Tray is the perfect stop for the whole family! Easy in, easy out, and delicious meals that everyone will love!

I came here with my husband and son after I worked an overnight shift, and we got breakfast burritos and a piggy on a sticky. On recommendation, my husband also got a biscuit and gravy. No joke, this is the best breakfast food I've ever had! I don't even like biscuits and gravy but I wished I had got my own order!

Running errands with our dogs and needed a dog friendly place for breakfast. This place was FANTASTIC! The food was amazing, and the service was great. I ordered the Toast Malone and hubby had the Beez & Geez, loaded. Hubbs said it had "almost too much bacon," which is a good thing! He almost couldn't finish his and I have half my Malone left for breakfast tomorrow. We enjoyed the picnic tables in the shade and the sound of the community. Our only suggestion was that they maybe put some flags out when they are open as we thought they were closed when we drove by. So glad we stopped. We will definitely be going back again!

I’m always wiggy of food trucks so I rarely eat from any of them. However, i was looking for a quick and easy Sunday breakfast and decided to give this one a try. I’m very glad I did. The poutine was delicious, portions generous, and service great. I took mine home because of the summer heat and even with a 15 minute drive, nothing was too soggy at all. Plus, they gave my sweet pup a couple treats. Always a plus.
Parking: The church shares the backside of their parking lot with the food truck court and i had no problems finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t have children, but other patrons did and they were very kind to the kids. Also, they were very kind to my fur child lol.

The breakfast tray has become our go to for Saturday morning breakfast. There isn’t one thing we have tried and not enjoyed, but we always get the morning routine poutine and the toast malone. We check their social media weekly to see what unique weekend specials they will have. These specials, ranging from new items like chorizo crunches or tweaked existing menu items like the toast malone 2.0, are so creative and flavorful. All of their scones are excellent and we love the festiveness of their flavors when seasons change and around holidays. This food truck is ran by great people and has awesome food. Give them a try!

The service is quick and this family owned business is kind to all of their customers. They have specials set up for the eclips today (April 8th) and they have been nothing but kind and their prices are not to expensive for a food truck!! 10/10 would recommend this place
