I have worked in hospitality for 30 years and order accuracy is paramount to guests receiving the correct order. Mine was incorrect and sloppily assembled. How I got a cheeseburger with no cheese,plain, and dry is beyond me.

Order the food on the iPad , waited over 20 minutes for our food which is sad cause it was just us and one other person in the lobby . You expected the food to come out hot but nope Cold.

Not a big Whataburger fan, but this most recent drive through experience might've changed that. I don't often expect much from a fast food/ drive thru experience, but this time they went the extra mile. The service was quick. The food was hot, and they made sure both of my orders were correct. They even waited at the window while I checked my bag just to make sure everything was good. Overall the best Whataburger experience I've had in 30 years.

➖There should really be a sign pointing to those little self-order kiosks, if there's not someone maning the registers. People are not used to that.
➕They have a huge staff it seems which I'm I'm grateful for because of jobs and hopefully that enhances my experience. They're all kinda the same but this one is good.
