I've had mostly positive experiences at this Sonic over the past few years. They are usually very fast and the quality of the food is consistent. Sure sometimes they may be out of something but that's not their fault. And sometimes the ice cream is down but that's not their fault either. Trip 1-I placed an order through the app. After I got home from picking it up, I noticed my cheesesticks were missing. When I called, they said they were out and I could call the 1-800 for a refund or replace it. Shouldn't you have told me that WHEN I PICKED IT UP?!?!Another trip another day-I placed an order on the App for 2 LG Cherrylimeades. My son picked it up and brought it to me.
