Didn’t have some side items listed on menu. Sunday at noon you would think they would. The girl waiting on us was not friendly. She didn’t hear the order because she was on her phone texting. As she made an order of chicken I noticed she scratched her head more than once and then reached back for the chicken pieces. She offered no other suggestions when what we requested was not available. Certainly could benefit from some job training. Only stopped there because the advertising and recs were positive. I wouldn’t recommend champs chicken

The girl that works the morning shift has absolutely horrible customer service. She does not need to be working any job dealing with customers. I will not be coming back!

Chicken strips were great, besides me not getting the amount I paid for; but was able to go back in, and they made it right. Dark meat chicken was a bit salty.. The young lady at the counter was not friendly, nor welcoming

Average chicken, nothing special about it unless you're on the road for a week or two and want real food.
I stopped in the Champs at Dumas at 5:02 pm. They were closing even though the page says 8pm and the only options in the hot case were burritos, pizza stix, and dippers all that had been cooked for over an hour. The dippers were horrible and cold. Ron the employee was exceptional in customer service.
