I went in to dine in at the Dumas, Arkansas McDonald's but was totally ignored by all employees so I decided to try the drive thru. I got there before 4 and finally got my order which was only a frappe and a fry , at 4:50.. I will NEVER stop at that location again .. i gave one star cause i can't go any less.
Ordered a small coffee through kiosk, no record of the purchase in their system. Had to argue with them until they finally checked the printed out reciept records and found the purchase. I swear, the last 10 McDonalds I ordered at were headaches also. McDonalds has gone down hill.

Order number 25 9/19/24 04:22pm. I placed a mobile order, no salt on frys. Not only was there salt incasing the frys, but they were also discoloration from so much grease.

Typical McDonald's with automated ordering. Would be much quicker if customers could order large fries and pay. Without having to bypass logging in, upselling, don't want anything else, no drinks, no combo meal, and not forgetting anything.
